What it costs

Scoped to your business,
fixed before we start

We do not sell packages, because no two businesses have the same mess. What we commit to is this: you get one number, in writing, before anything begins. No hourly clock, no surprise at the end of the month, and no line item you did not approve.
How we scope it

Four steps, and only one of them needs you

01

You tell us the mess

A few lines is enough. What keeps getting pushed to the end of the day, and what it is already costing you when it does not get done.

02

We size it

We look at what you actually have, not at what a template says a business your size should have. Then we tell you what we would do first, and what can wait.

03

One number, in writing

Fixed price for a defined scope, before any work starts. If the scope changes later, the new number is agreed before the work, not billed after it.

04

You decide

Take it, take part of it, or take the written page and fix it yourself. All three are fine outcomes and none of them cost you anything to find out.

Being straight with you

What actually moves the number

So it does not feel like a black box. These are the six things we look at, and they are the reason a real quote beats a published price.

01

Volume

How many conversations a week, how many transactions a month, how many jobs you quote. This is usually the biggest factor and it is the one a package price always gets wrong.

02

How many departments

One department costs less than four, and four together cost less than four separately, because the same people already know your business.

03

What already exists

Fixing a Google profile that is half done is not the same job as starting from nothing. Sometimes what you have is better than you think, and the quote reflects that.

04

One time or ongoing

A brand, a website or a system is a one time number. A department that runs every week is monthly. Most people start with one of each.

05

Languages and coverage

Whether it needs both English and Spanish, and what hours it has to be covered. Both are real costs and we will not hide them inside a bigger number.

06

How fast you need it

Normal timelines cost what they cost. If something has to happen this week, we will tell you what that changes before you commit to it.

Regardless of your size

Six things that do not change

Small businesses get quoted badly because most agencies are built for bigger ones. These are the rules that make us work at any size.

No minimum size

If you are two people with a real problem, that is a real project. We would rather build with you now than wait until somebody bigger gets you.

Start with one thing

You do not have to buy a department to work with us. Fix the one that is bleeding, see whether we are any good, and add the rest when it makes sense.

No annual contract

Nothing to lock into and no cancellation fee. If it stops being worth it, you stop, and you keep everything we built.

Payments split however you need

Weekly, twice a month, whatever your cash flow actually does. Tell us what works and we bill it that way.

Scope changes quoted first

Never billed after. If something grows mid project, you see the new number and approve it before anybody touches it.

Everything in writing

The scope, the price and the work all arrive documented. Nothing important lives only in somebody's memory or in a call you did not record.

Your own costs

What you pay platforms, and when

Separate from anything we charge, and paid by you directly, so you control the budget and can see exactly what it buys. This part we can publish, because it does not depend on you.

Free, and it stays free

Google Business Profile. Showing up in Google search. Your basic Yelp listing. Nextdoor. Facebook and Instagram pages. The email tool for review requests and quote follow up, on its free plan.

Most of what brings you work in the first months costs nothing at all. If you already have a domain and a site, your platform cost to start is zero.
WhatAboutWhen
Domain name$15/yrOnly if you do not have one
Hosting$10–15/moOnly if you do not have one
Google Ads$300–500/moLater, once the free channels are proven
YelpPer leadLater, once your listing has reviews
Thumbtack, Angi$15–80/leadLast. The most expensive leads you can buy
We do not touch your ad budget in the first months, on purpose. Ads send people to your profile, your site and your quote form. If any of those are not working yet, you are paying for clicks that go nowhere. That is the most common way small businesses waste money on marketing.

Tell us what is not working.

Send a short description of the mess. We send back a written page: what it is costing you, how we would fix it, what it would cost, and how long it takes. No call, no pitch, no obligation.
